Shipping is by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  A shipping charge will be added upon checkout.  In most cases, we do offer reduced shipping for multiple items shipped to the same address.

Items that have been personalized correctly are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

All other products may be returned.  Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.  Buyer will pay the return shipping and handling fees (including tracking and insurance if desired.)
